My doctor gave me Vicodin, Medicated patches, and a 5 day oral steroid to take for a few days when it crippled me. It is back to normal now. I'm just glad I don't need pain medication for the rest of my life. I would end up dying of liver failure.

I'm taking approximately 200-300% DV of calcium and 1000-1500% DV of Vitamin D. No bone density test. I'm going to get a big enough bill for the xrays. He made a recommendation for the Cal+D. That's about it.

I was taking a multi and a joint supplement already. Now I am taking Calcium + D and high dosage Omega 3 to reduce inflammation. I also bought some more Alkaline bottled water and Alkaline coffee from starbucks. I heard that helps.

If that doesn't work, you should try taking a Calcium/D-3 Supplement and Tri-flex ON TOP of your daily multivitamin. I have not had any joint problems since I started taking those.

You'd kind of waste away at negative 500 net calories. Maybe survive a week or two doing that, but you would pretty much die after that.

I take ON Hydro and ON Soy for bed time. It's great, but they contain no potassium. I need it with every meal since I have a slight deficiency.

This is why I hunt my own food. I keep my deer meat during the off-season, and I kil rabbits with a pellet gun all the time. I clean them and eat them myself. When I eat deer steak, I eat it medium rare. Not a lot of things in this world gross me out. Except cottage cheese. It is ROTTED MILK!!!

Working out drains your blood sugar, so if you are worried... My concern is that you might be hypoglycemic. I wouldn't think so, but it is a possibility. Remember that sugar rots your teeth enamel.
