ANYONE WANNA DO A 30 day challenge or 5 week challenge?

i have 38 days to get in the best shape of my life!!! and a trip to boston and romania... anyone wanna join in like a 5 week challenge or something? maybe be -500 calories every day for five weeks??? lol anyone anything?

    I want to do something!
    How about, let's set a goal for like calories burnt in a week.
    Or miles ran/walked/biked in a week?
    or even pounds lost! :)



    Edit: I really like the idea of minutes spent exercising, or calories burnt.

  • You'd kind of waste away at negative 500 net calories. Maybe survive a week or two doing that, but you would pretty much die after that.

    how about lose 7 lbs in 5 weeks??

    or how about running 5 miles a week or something?

    burn 7k calories from working out in a week?

    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound.
    So if we burnt 7000 a week, we'd lose two.
    Not including any calorie deficets.

    I'm in... Name your challenge! I say a 45 min workout DAILY with MAYBE 1 day off to "recover" but that day is yoga or some form of exercise.

    i work out 7 days a week, 65 to 90 minutes a day.. Gym 0r tae-bo... So I need a good challenge

    35 DAY CHALLENGE!!
    1: no one eats below 1200 calories cause thats just unhealthy
    2:every day we have 500 calories in THE GREEN!
    3: One day where you can be in red 500 calories AT MOST this will also be a relax day if needed
    3: take one before picture and one after picture!


    -that mean it doesn't matter what your calorie counter says make sure you eat that much! i have mine at -2 lbs a week but ill still keep myself at 500 calories in the green
    - the goal is to increase working out
    - make sure you stay healthy! get all your minerals and vitamins in!
    - stay on top of your fiber protein and carbs too!

    input is greatly wanted!!!

    as many as you want! just as long as you eat over 1200 calories and have 500 calories left over.

    so if you eat 1200 and then work out 500 calories worth then your set

    or eat 1500 and have 500 calories left over

    kinda depends on your diet plan.. so mine is set for me for 1440 so i got to work out 500 calories with ... or if i eat 2040 calories then i need to work off 1100 calories that day :D

    so it stays individualized and you can eat as much as you want just make sure you have that 500 defiecit

    i call it 500 in the green cause at the end of the day you have 500 calories remaining at the bottom of the thing :D so then it stays individualized and is still a challenge :D

    ONE MORE THING!!!

    try to eat as natural as you can :P i know we all have our daily coffees and such but do what you can to stay natural!! :D:D

    also im trying the mediteranian thing as a mix with it too where its nuts olives, olive oils, avocados and something else :\ its supposed to reduce visceral fat and make you lose inches ... either way i heard those food things are healthy

    Also i know that the weight watchers pushes fiber a lot so i make sure i get all that

    and abs diet pushes protein a lot because you burn more digesting it ...

    those are all little side notes i try to implement in my diet

    I'm in, I've turned into a fatty. the site says I should eat 1200 cals a day so I should be at 700 a day instead for the 30 day challenge?
