Is this the kettle bell version or the cardio version? I'm just restarting the kettle bell version, but never managed to complete it! I have slight concerns over exercising the same muscles every day but I guess it's only for 30 days?

Cant wait to try that! How about some quinoa? Super low in calories, high in protein and nutrients, keeps you really full.

I wouldnt be a big fan of juicing, I considered it as I like blending veg for a smoothie, but it seems juicing just removes the fibre and a lot of the good stuff. I think the whole crazy weight loss with juicing is down to the fact that its a liquid starvation diet, if youre replacing all your meals with juice. No wonder…

If Im absolutely craving some chocolate, (I dont tend to keep it in the house now as I cant resist- sugar is as addictive as heroin!) I have to walk to the shop to get it, but now I buy a mini bar instead of a full sized bar. But now I extend my walk and do a couple of laps around the block, so by the time I get home, Ive…

I think a lot of diet pills can cause heart problems, and are essentially speed in a pill, esp if bought online. Throw in some chickpeas to a green smoothie and youll feel full for ages, and get a dose of protein and fiber while youre at it.

I never thought about freezing my smoothie prep, can you freeze cucumber, kale, spinach and apple without it going all meh?
-
How about blending kale, spinach leaves, apple, celery and cucumber, and throw in a little natural yoghurt? Lots of goodness plus it tastes great. Dont juice as you lose the good stuff, just blend.

Ignoring diabetes? She wont be able to ignore it when her feet develop gangrene and need to be amputated, as my relatives did. Hope she wises up.

Ok so to address the off topicness, Im taking them to help with a medical issue. I dont want to drink lots of juice as they are hard to find here unless its from concentrate, with lots of added sugar, and even if i could find and afford a natural juice, I wouldnt get the amount I need, as well as being bad for your teeth,…

http://www.lenihan.org/sk8_calories.htm That one has weight and speed, a lot of the other ones just have weight and time of exercise, which are all giving me wildly different answers from 500--900. I measured my speed using Strava, so I hope thats pretty accurate. Ah yeah I have the wrist braces, I dont need a broken wrist…

Thats what I thought! Sure I burnt most of that 133 getting them on and off lol!

Thanks all. I just ended up blending everything, and while it was a teeny bit lumpy, I can live with that ;)

Clean eating feels pretty awesome :) I feel so much better after cutting out 99.999% of processed food, and I dont even crave it anymore, I never thought Id say that ;) Ill add you :)

Thanks all. I may have to invest in the calliphers, as it would be useful to know.
-
ah, this thread has been pure entertainment :)

It doesnt have calories, but it has all sorts of addictives that arent great, and certainly not natural. You could try: - water with lime juice -water with lemon juice - water with lemon juice, mint leaves, and cucumber slices -water with raspberries and lime they are all quite tasty and refreshing, just make the up the…

Glad you all found it useful :) Its so mad to see it like that, fat is so not pretty lol!

I sometimes eat organic rice cakes with an orange flavoured yoghurt dressing, it actually tastes like chocolate, so it kinda satisfies the craving. But if I really need it, I try to buy Freddo bars, which is just a tiny bar, anout about 80 cals, it does the job instead of a regular sized bar. When I work out I dont feel…

Oh, and my nails are getting stronger too :)

I'm in the same boat. I try to eat my breakfast when I come home, then my lunch when I wake up about 4 or so, then I might snooze a bit longer then have dinner. I bring my snacks to eat in work, so I'd have something around 11pm, then a yoghurt about 6am. It's probably not ideal but it's doing ok for now. I did see a…

I used to love making these Jamie Oliver recipe burgers, maybe I should try them out again for a treat, super nommy! http://www.grouprecipes.com/50505/jamie-olivers-botham-burger.html MMM cumin and coriander!

Bump to remind me to check this out later, great ideas!

I would worry more about inches rather than weight, as you can be weighting water, food, or other stuff if you need to go to the toilet :) Also, eat back your exercise calories, see this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/6556-the-answers-to-the-questions?page=1 and esp this one:…
