What can't you do with an avocado??
Use it instead of mayo.. on just abuot anything including egg salad and deviled eggs!
Homemade salsa
Mix with cheese and use on salad
Wrap it a slice of turkey for a quick protein packed snack
egg topping paired with salsa is awesome!
I put in on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, eggs, salads..
Put it in your protein shake.
Fry them like fries
or just eat it straight or with lemon or honey drizzled on it.
Edit..
That chocolate avocado pudding sounds AMAZING! it's going on my need to try soon list!0 -

You can make a nice salad, and use lime or lemon juice as the dressing.
I make mine with the Avocado, tomato, red onion, and chives(sometimes) and then squeeze a fresh lemon or lime over it, toss it, and then a little salt and pepper. Simple, fast and soooooo damn tasty.0 -
I spread mine on my sandwiches in Lieu of mayo. I try to include it in most of my lunches somehow. I put it in my tacos too. I put it in salad dressing to thicken and richen them up. If you are a pinterest person, there are a ton of things to do with Avacados on there. There was one on there to treat it like a potato skin with parmasan and stuff and bake it. This is the good kind of fat, filling and good for us woman, so don't shy away from it as a fat content.0

Awesome ideas here!
Just tonight I put some slices on a multi grain bread with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil - delicious!0 -
never had it before0

I put them on low-cal wraps with low carb high fiber wraps. Sometimes with chicken or turkey, sometimes with shrimp. Can add lowfat mayo or neufchatel cheese or vanilla or honey Greek yogurt, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, cheeses, dried cranberries, herbs and spices as desired --whatever you like on your sandwich and throw in 1/4 avocado, sliced. Very yummy. Or add them to a hamburger or serve over your favorite pasta dish. Yumm, yumm, yummy!0

I put mine on grilled cheese with a little seasoning. Amazing.0
-
I use it as a mayonnaise substitute, the creamy texture is a great alternative. It's great on turkey burgers or quinoa burgers.0
-
I take it out for a nice dinner, perhaps take in a play or stop by a local jazz club. A little quiet conversation, some thoughtful debate on current political issues and maybe a walk along the canal.
After that, it practically peels itself, ready to be pitted and devoured just as it is.0 -
i love them on sandwiches, like turkey. I also eat them with a spoon as is, put them in a salad, or even a smoothie.0
-
I cut it up with tomato and mozzerella cheese. Add a little salt and it is a nice compliment to a meal.0
-
avocado and orange salad, they go great together.0

I eat them on sandwiches and in wraps. I've made tomato and avocado salads; avocado, black bean, corn, tomato, cilantro and lime juice (sometimes I add in brown rice). I like avocado, tomato, and mozzarella grilled cheese. You can also do a fried egg and avocado sandwich.0

Fry it in butter and salt n pepper it! Make smoothies out of it. Make guacamole. Put it on steak salads with salsa. Put slices on burritos and tacos...0

What a great idea since i have only been using mustard on everything.0

Avocado milkshake, is by far my favorite milkshake I have ever tried. Yeah, it may have a good amount of sugar but it's pretty much my one "cheat" snack each week. Plus, the avocado makes it a little healthy.
Putting it into my morning smoothies is how it goes sometimes too, but milkshake is still my favorite.0 -
I add mine to my salads......0
-
Add to salads. Slice up and put in sandwiches/wraps. Slice on plate and eat as is or dip in mustard/hummus/sriracha/anything you want.0
