Hi all,
Im trying to measure my body fat, but different websites are giving me different results, with the same measurements, its seems to range from 27.71 to 36.8, which is obviously a big difference!
Any advice please?

I don't know mine, so I can't say how accurate it is but I've used this one recently http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/0

Body fat calipers or a dexa scan. The latter being more accurate. Online calculators are not accurate.0

Thanks all. I may have to invest in the calliphers, as it would be useful to know.0

I have found that if you take the 3 over at Fat2FitRadio.com, do all 3, take the average of the 3, it usually comes out pretty close to the caliper readings. At least it has done so in my case. Usuallly within 1% either way.0
