  • I also had a hard time with weekend because I saw the two days as my relaxing days (I work monday to friday ). I decided to make Saturday and sunday's my main exercise days and do some form of exercise that takes me out of the house like going to the beach. It helps to keep yourself busy so that you dont have too much time…

  • Hey, If you log the strength training and the amount of time you spent doing it in the cardio section it will show you how many calories were burned. Hope that helps
  • Emotions can play a big part in the success of weight loss. We used to eat because of stress or other emotions, but changing that to exercising instead is a great way to get your work out time in and to not overeat. Finding a workout you enjoy is key. You will not stick with it if it is not enjoyable. That for me meant…
  • Hey, It may seem difficult at first but all it takes is small changes. You dont need to start by working out like crazy just maybe do walking for a few minutes a day and work up to doing some exercises like brisk walking in your own time. In regards to food addiction, I was in the same situation but I have been trying hard…

  • I always put avocado in my tuna sandwiches because it keeps it moist and its also quite tasty.
  • I love cornflakes and I have them on weekends when I am not working. Weetbix HiBran are my choice for workdays. I love them because they are already sort of portioned and 2 are enough for me till I have my morning snack. The Hibran ones are also tastier than regular weetbix mmm.......
  • hey, I am quite small. Less than 5 feet but I still need at least 1200. I think that this is the lowest recomended caloric intake for most people that will be able to provide all the nutrients that we need. I am not very sure but I think that is why most of us are supposed to aim for at least 1200.
  • Hey there I am from Perth Would love to be exercise buddy Friend me if u are interested
  • hello, I understand your problem. I am always eating too few calories even though I feel like I am eating all day. You can easily increase the calories by having maybe one more peice of fruit per day because for example an average sized pear is 80 calories and it can help you reach your goal and provide some good fibre and…

  • Sugar is actually JUST as addictive as crack. I recently found out that it has the same effect on the brain. The only difference between crack and sugar is that while crack is illegal sugar is NOT!!

  • I think frut is the best way to go for snacks, I like apple slices with peanut butter. The peanut butter will fill you up because of the protein and the apple will provide much needed nutrition and fibre.
  • I would like to take the home cookin challenge myself because my main diet consists of easy sandwiches which have become so boring. I will do three home cooked meals a week and make sure they are varied foods. My usual plan for home cookin is to make some mince and freeze it and them make pasta everyday in the evening and…
  • hey jennyfair 24, I have just joined this morning too. I think just knowing that there are other people that have one thing they cant control themselves with be it coke, sugar or gummy bears makes me feel way better. I dont know how to add people too but as soon as I figure it out you will be the first one I add.

  • Hey Celesalk Thanks for the idea of challenging myself. I have decided to just start by doing it one day at a time coz I still have the cravings. I think three months would be my best goal. If I can go three months then I will be so proud of myself and would never go back to eating it again because it would be so horrible…

  • I think cold turkey is the only way for me to go. I tried to control my sugar intake a few times but just ended up eating way too much at some point. The only hard thing for me now is to avoid buying it in the first place. As long as its not in the house I am ok.
