  • you need some will power and something to keep you occupied more and always have that bottle of water on you tioo fill your tummy up. if u got nothing to do go for a walk or something. never be sitting down cause thats when you feel like eating crap.

    It has taken me a good 4 or 5 attempts to stop eating crap.

    My easiest solution was not to have anything in the house, fill the cupboards with Healthy alternatives, and also the bottle of water trick.... every time I feel like nibbling i sip on water and the water usually fills the gap... if not I have a healthy snack.

    I now eat 5 meals a day, breakfast at 7.30am. Morning Tea at 10.30, lunch at 12.30 afternoon tea at 3.30 and dinner at 6.

    Thanks guys I will definately take your advice imediately and use it to finally quit my bad habits
