I dropped 30 lbs last winter so easy. Cut back my calories and worked out 30 minutes a day. The weight fell off. I know I won't meet my goal as that is a lot of weight! I don't see my pillow until at least midnight! But I'm going to dream and shoot for 30 lbs and see what happens. Hey if I loose 15 by then I will be sooo excited!

It keeps me motivated. If I see that I burned 2230 calories today I try to beat that tomorrow! Since getting my polar ft4 my workouts have increased quite a bit. It really helps me out! I think I will check these out! Thanks!

I have a HUGE issue with this! It stops me from working out ALL THE TIME! I can't do regualr things like ZUmba and kick boxing and P90X which I hate. This is my biggest weight issue... Question on heart rate here... Im 28 in decent shape and am 154# I can run on the treadmill at 6mhp 4.5 incline for 5 minutes and my heart rate will be no higher then 110....I have a monitor from walmart as well as one on the treadmill adn they both read pretty close to the same.... Why cant i get it up higher?

I WALK 2 miles in abut 32 minutes which is about 4 MPH. I guess if I wanted I could jog it out at 4 mph but it is a normal walking pase. Im not long legged or anything either.
