There's no real food in special K..it's all sugary cereal and sugary shakes and chocolatey bars and salty chips. I think I'd get tired of living off of junk snacks like that

I think it is..I burn at least 250 calories walking fast for 1 hr. doing that once in the morning and evening burns 500 calories. that's good enough for me and it's easy and low impact I started out with exercise dvds at first..omg. sore muscles everywhere and foot pain from jumping around.

Wow we have it bad.. the pictures are obviously photo shopped. if you look at the actual models that are regulars on the magazine they aren't thaaaat thin with razor sharp bones sticking out everywhere.
