I shop at Bi-Lo because it is 24 hours so I don't have to go to Walmart for groceries.

I have been told to give yourself one cheat meal a week.

When you first start it doesn't come off right away, it takes about a month for your body to adjust. I eat about every 2 to 3 hours small meals. I try very hard to eat all my calories for the day. If you feel like you are stuck in a rut then you need to change something in your workout. I am just getting out of a plateau.

I don't count gum. The calorie amount is so small you can burn it easily.

It works for me, I am not doing it on purpose. Some days, I can get my calories in and some days, I go over. Some days, I get them on the dot.

I love Zumba so much, I am getting certified. I go to every class I can at my gym. You will have so much fun, the time will pass by so fast. Don't watch the clock. LOL!

I eat about 6 times a day: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack. They are not large meals. I like to eat CHICKEN QUESADILLA using spinach wraps and low sodium mix to season the chicken.
