I just tried designer whey, they have chocolate and french vanilla.. its only 100 cal per scoop, and I found it at target, I enjoy it, especially with gatorade

I have been working to increase the amount I run.. I know it sounds simple but if I feel like when I'm close to being done with my 2 miles or whatever I am at and I can go more I just add another quarter mile/.25. I think if you eat the initial daily calorie allowance or somewhere around 1200 cal you're fine regardless of exercise.. calories burned in exercise shouldn't have anything to do with starvation mode, those don't have to be eaten back. you're not going to put you're body in starvation mode unless you are consistently…

That is probably common, but I feel like if exercise is that important to you it should be important to your partner as well. You can find lots of ways to be active together.
