Just thought I'd share my go-to breakfast with all you MFPs.

Green Morning Smoothie
Spinach. 1 1/2 cups fresh
Yogurt (3%). 1/2 cup (Organic, no gelatin)
Banana
Peanut butter. 2 tbsp. Smooth
Chia seeds. 1/2 cup (or spirulina, wheatgrass, kelp, etc.)
Cocoa powder. 2-4 tbsp.
Almond milk. 1/2 cup (or less, to thin it if needed)
Add honey, vanilla to taste if you want. I left it out.

This recipe makes two servings, at 278 calories. You can lower the count by using 0% fat yogurt, reduced oil peanut butter, etc. I also like adding coconut oil, frozen fruits, more veggies, use your imagination, and more cocoa for a richer chocolate experience. It tastes like you're having a cheat meal. :-) Great for kids!
