My bf has long hair and refuses to brush it everyday so it gets all matted and very messy, and he refuses to cut it since he won't take care of it.

I do dance exercise like Zumba without shoes, use to do martial arts which was required not to wear shoes. But I don't recommend it for a hard treadmill, did it once and it cut my feet up, very painful.

it gets confusing, but I considered myself a strict ethical vegan (no food slips, leather, honey, animal testing products, etc, etc well I try the best I can) although if somebody asked me I would just say vegan and not go into it! not very vegan friendly. I have seen labels with cochineal on them in the shops, that is a insect! Otherwise known as e120, Carminic acid, Carmines Natural Red 4 - colouring, you could be eating insects already and not even know it.
