I have a flex but I use a Polar FT7 for exercise. I use the force to track my day - the Polar HRM to track exercise.

I like my force BUT I hate the band design. If I were to look for something again it would have to be (a) water proof, (b) have a HRM, and (c) a band that stays on all the time! Other than that I like it.

Plateaus happen. When I started out the plateaus where short (week or so). As I got closer my goal weight they got longer and longer. Patience and persistence as your body adjusts and it will go down again.

My wife got pissed at me for one time getting so upset at a call going on next to us that I joined in the conversation. I said if you are talking loud enough for ALL to hear you MUST want to include us. The *kitten* got up and took his call outside.

My issue. When I start drinking my other calories go up. My food diary looks horrible the next day!

I did it as a challenge to myself. There was something I really wanted that I didn't need but would enjoy. I gave myself the goal that if I made the target weight AND kept it there for 3+ months then I could buy it!! Lost the weight, been keeping it off, have my new toy! Whatever works for you keep it up!
