  • I can do it in about 12-12.5 minutes...I am training to get it to a 10 minute mile. I usually do a Peloton bike ride and we got a treadmill now and I use the Peloton app to get hit training in. I ran outside yesterday and slowly I am getting faster.

When you enable negative calories in my fitness pal it takes your calories burned and takes off those calories again!   • Just got the Peloton and have taken 3 rides. I love spinning and having it in my home is wonderful. I don't have to worry what I am wearing, can get dressed in a minute and hop on the bike. I am very happy with it.
  • We are getting ours on Monday. I can't wait! I have been spinning at Equinox and am tired of getting up at 6 am to register for a class. Also they seem to cut out an instructor every time you get used to a time slot. We have a home gym. So I intend to supplement with weights and trx.

  • Wow I didn't realize Polar actually shared data. I usually use Digifit. In fact I am addicted to the info it produces.
  • I just ordered the charge Hr, but know that I will keep wearing my bluetooth Polar 7 for exercise classes and spinning. However I ordered it from kohl's because of their lengthy return policy. I really would like an apple watch when it comes out in March.
  • I am the same. I am a late afternoon and night eater, so for the last month I have been working out every night an hour or two at the gym. When I get home I am a bit hungry but easily able to eat just a little bit before I go to sleep.
