  • I have it!! It is great, I haven't worn a heart rate moniter for it, I usually just use the MFP's calorie burn counter.
  • I love having oatmeal for breakfast. My mom told me once that she heard on the "Biggest Looser" that it is a great thing to have for breakfast when you are loosing weight and excercise. I don't know if it is true but I Love having it every morning with a piece of fruit.
