  • i was on it a few years ago for migraines also. major thing for me was it made me very light headed. it's also known to cause mild depression. eventually the neurologist switched me to something else.
  • Everyone's triggers are different. Weather and humidity are big triggers for me. Also, my neurologist said there is strong correlation between weight and migraines.

  • i usually can't work out with a migraine ... either my head hurts or my body is too tired from the effects of the triptans depending how the type and dosage of the medication, it could be rebound headaches. at least that was my issue before going on triptans
  • another way is using a workout bench instead of on the floor ... still feel the abs work
  • old navy has reasonably priced items. i've also gotten some great workout capris from athleta, and some styles come in plus sizes
  • i've had migraines for over 10 years now so i know how horrible it is. definitely try to stay hydrated. but if i know i'm going to be doing something likely to cause a migraine (for me, it's flying), my doc suggested i take two alleves 30 minutes beforehand just as a precaution.
  • good fix for chocolate craving but definitely not worth the price
  • newman's own lite raspberry and walnut vinagrette ... don't generally like raspberry but really love this one
