I wasnt sore on L1 either but I stuck with it and am on L2 now, mind you I am not sore but it makes me sweat something crazy. I do alot of running on the side as well. I dont think you need to be sore to get the full results :happy:

In order to burn more fat you need to excercise over 30 minutes. When you do your 20-30 minutes your body is burning/using the sugar that your liver stores. When you workout out beyond the 30 min is when the body burns fat. So do some push-ups, sit-ups, etc or go run then do your shred. :happy:

You HAVE to get new shoes. You should be buying new shoes every 6 months at least if you are running that much. I hope your knee gets better, def take some time off and let it heal.

I havent lost and lbs either and I am doing JM shred...the scale stays exactly the same, but my pants are fitting better and i can feel that there is less fat on my sides and belly. Your doing great!!!! Stay motivated. :happy:

I eat very lean and stick to my calories....I am looking for a toning upper body excercise that I might be overlooking. I ALWAYS eat well, so thats definitly not the issue. Hmmm.....maybe just have to do more pilates. Thanks Ladies :happy:

I would add more cardio. I am on Day 1 L2 of shred and I will run 3 miles tonight then do my shred. I think the more cardio mixed in will help. I too have the belly fat I'm trying to get rid of :ohwell:

I usually have the salt cravings when my kids eat their junk food....the salt and vinegar chips are the best, so I will have 1 or 2 but thats it. Or I have a pretzel with low fat cheese. That helps....as long as your not eating a hunk of velveeta with fries and chili I think you will be ok......damn chili fries sound…

Just looked and you should check your sugar intake....also your sodium is super high. For breakfast try eating some protein like eggs other than the peanut butter. Also the coffee seems like you might be getting some unwated calories from that, so I would recommend just plain coffee with milk 2%. I know its hard, but just…

I do the DVD everyday and I add in cardio (runnning 3 miles or elliptical). I think you are supposed to do the video everyday to get the 30 day results. The training that she does is not that hard and its only for 20 minutes. I use 5lb weights. I have already seen results and have only been doing it for 7 days. Good luck…
