Single is good, I love being able to sit aroud in my undies if I want....not have to talk to anyone if needed. If I NEED a date I just call one of my friends to go to dinner, then honestly love going home and getting in my bed by myself :happy: Hopefully one day I will be able to tolerate someone enough to have around…

I did the tough mudder last August in Austin, Tx....its great!!! I think you should definitly do it, just make sure you have a team....the 12' berlin walls are seriously tough. Try to eat organic, veggies and meats...there are alot of nasty things/preservatives in processed foods that keep weight on and mess with your body!!

Your 20 years old, when I was 20 I ate EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and was never fat. You may have high cholesterol from all the junk etc. Its not really about being fat its about being HEALTHY. Instead of binge eating maybe go for a walk or a run etc. Food is just like anything else, its an escape...I used to smoke and drink…

Interval training, I'm doing it to get my 7-8 min mile down. I sprint for 30 seconds then rest for 60 (rest meaning light jog). I do this for 3 miles on my non-long run days. :happy:

Do not stretch before you run, do high knees and skips...or walk fast to warm up THEN stretch. You should not stretch cold muscles. AND stretch AFTER you run. :happy:
