I love making my own nut and seed mixes with some dried fruit (prunes, figs, currants, raisins) Toasting the nuts/seeds brings out the flavor. Sometimes I put some Anise in a jar with it so it gets anise flavored

    Ducktrap smoked trout

    Sauerkraut

    portabello mushrooms

    Dehydrated veggies

    Low fat goat milk

a good fruit salad is to mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 large can mandarin oranges (in natural juices),1 (8) ounce tub fat free kool whip, a few nuts if you like them (and I don't mean kin folks), and 1 small box sugar free orange koolaid. Let sit overnight. It's luscious and low on calories. Fills that sweet tooth with fruit and dairy added in.

Blueberries, Kiwi fruit, raspberries, blackberries, gala apples - all of these things get put into my morning oatmeal in various combinations with a scoop of ...
    Liberte Greek Yoghurt (0%fat, vanilla),
Liberte tzatziki - great for dipping raw veggies in, and also for dipping in melba toasts if you eat them
freerange eggs and grain fed, free range chicken, salmon, shrimp, halibut, tilapia (or whatever white fish is a good price!)
Renees Asian Sesame salad dressing (good for salads and for fish); low fat lemon poppyseed dressing (same as other one, versatile)
romaine lettuce, dole's already shredded cole slaw (put it in all salads for the 'crunch' factor - who needs croutons? not me! also use it to make vegetable soup with a can of organic tomatoes, shredded carrots, and whatever veggies need using up before next shop), red and yellow peppers, cucumber, spring onions, fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli
organic large flake oats, quinoa, whole grain pasta (though don't eat that very much)
organic salsas (good on fish or on omelets)
    multi-grain ryveta crispbreads
swiss cheese, rye bread. almonds and clif bars
...this is pretty much my regular grocery list although i switch up the veg and fruits and fish based on prices. i've stopped shopping in the 'middle aisles' of the grocery store - most of the best stuff is in the outer aisles :-)
    cheers

Some frozen veggies, so you can add veggies to any meal in a pinch.

Powdered non-fat milk. This is good if you use milk occasionally, but not often enough use up a whole carton before it goes bad. It keeps for a long long time, and you just mix with water as needed.
