Frozen endamame...you can toss it into meals or just eat plain for extra protein and fiber.

    Nutella
    Flat Out low carb tortillas
    Pouches of tuna for snacks
    Salmon
    Almonds and walnuts
    Ground flaxseed
    Shrimp
    Tea
  • Try to eat organic, veggies and meats...there are alot of nasty things/preservatives in processed foods that keep weight on and mess with your body!!

One of the things we can't do without is Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Square Lavash bread. I don't know if it is widely available, or even if our local super center is going to continue carrying it, but if not, we will order it online! It is delish!

I am soooo jealous! I live in Alaska and our produce is all picked green and shipped up here, only for a couple months in the summer can we get fresh, locally grown stuff. Most of the time what we buy at the grocery store is green and flavorless. I am thinking about signing up for full circle farms produce deliveries. It is so expensive to eat healthy!
