    These are always in my grocery cart:

    Avocados, Ryvita multigrain crisps, garlic and herb laughing cow cream cheese, greek yogurt, apples, kiwis, oranges, organic peanut butter, lentils, beans, Popchips, almonds, smartpop popcorn, cherry tomatoes, pickles, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, bananas......and ristorante mushroom pizza lol...just in case I get a craving:)

    Chobani Greek yogurts, cottage doubles, baby spinach, feta cheese, black beans, chick peas, various marinades for meat, butternut, acorn and spaghetti squash, bananas, fresh pineapple and fresh coconut. Gotta have the coconut! It's so great for your skin and digestion.

    My top 3 are....
    LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal) Goes on my breafast every day
    Wheatgerm - Again goes on breakfast, taste yum and is good for you.
    Parsley - Flavours all sorts of meals and good vitamins etc...

    One of the things we can't do without is Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Square Lavash bread. I don't know if it is widely available, or even if our local super center is going to continue carrying it, but if not, we will order it online! It is delish!

    Great thread! My standards are mushrooms, onions, parsley and cilantro. You can make so many tasty things with these flavors--spaghetti sauce, thai food, fried rice, fajitas.

    bump!! I gotta thru and write all of this down! Just got back from the grocery store. It took me hours to read labels and etc. imma stick with the veggies raw and fruit. but i am gettiing kinda bored with it!

    Apple Straws by World Gourmet. I picked them up in the chip aisle. They taste just like McDonald's apple pie! Soooo good! And 38 straws is only 130 calories. Love love love them!

    I am soooo jealous! I live in Alaska and our produce is all picked green and shipped up here, only for a couple months in the summer can we get fresh, locally grown stuff. Most of the time what we buy at the grocery store is green and flavorless. I am thinking about signing up for full circle farms produce deliveries. It is so expensive to eat healthy!
