If it's not too much trouble...

Does anyone mind taking a look at my food diary? I'm just curious to know how I'm doing. I try to keep my sodium fairly low, and eat back all or most of my exercise calories. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Oh! And some of the sodium, carb, etc. stats might be off. I'm forced to eat dining hall food  so I'm not always 100% sure what's in it haha!
Thanks!

Just looked and you should check your sugar intake....also your sodium is super high. For breakfast try eating some protein like eggs other than the peanut butter. Also the coffee seems like you might be getting some unwated calories from that, so I would recommend just plain coffee with milk 2%. I know its hard, but just those little things can make a difference. Try eating almonds instead of the rice cakes all the time. Hope this helps.
Feel free to look at my diary if needed. Good luck!!!

i was going to say the same thing. i would check your sugar intake. i know that is a hard one for me too. try to stay under your daily sugar. although yogurt, fruits etc. are good for us, they are packed with sugar.

Took a peek. If you're stalling in your weight loss, it could be the caffiene. Caffiene makes the body retain fluids. Water is very necessary, also. How are your day's exercises? By the way, I know it's probably a weakness for you, but I would definitely cut out the ceasar salads. Either that, or I would find a low sodium version. That's a whopping amount of sodium in one sitting. Other than that, you seem to be on an even keel. Good luck in your journey.0

I only looked at about a week, but I don't think your sodium is that high. Some days is it high, others low. As someone who struggles with sodium intake, I think you're doing pretty well!0

Thanks so much for your input! I am a college student, forced to eat at a dining hall, so my options are limited. But it's nice to hear that I'm doing okay!
I would love to have eggs and other forms of protein for breakfast, unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure that the eggs they serve here for breakfast are real eggs (eek!) and they're loaded with butter when cooked. And other than that, it's greasy bacon and sausages :noway: Are there any forms of protein other than peanut butter that don't need to be cooked and would make good breakfast food?
And I'll try to cut back on my coffee intake  we'll see how that goes... Haha!
I also don't know if my sodium levels are actually that high on the days I go over... most of the food at the dining hall is homemade (although usually has too much butter :P) so I'm kind of unsure when using the calorie tracker on here and putting in processed foods.
Thanks again!0
