OH NO! DO NOT GIVE UP! Seriously.......do not. What I would assume is likely going on is all of this working out is making you GAIN MUSCLE...which is great!!! And the water could add to the bloating...but water is great for you. Keep it up and don't give in to the the ice cream :D You've got this!

This is my theory and one that I've read on some blogs/websites... Your body gets used to your calorie/exercising routines!!! If you switch it up every once in awhile your body doesn't know what hit it and will shed some pounds. I've had this happen to me a lot (not that I'm complaining though haha) :)

MFP allows me to eat 1210 a day and I have been losing weight very consistently for the past 4 months! I make sure my meals are very well-rounded though. YOU DON'T WANT TO DEPRIVE YOURSELF OF NECESSARY FOODS JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO EAT FEWER CALORIES. This just means less chocolate and junk foods and more fruits…
