Same here- I eat alot but it only reaches about 500 a day and I feel fine and am extremely active...every body is different I guess...

Try eating a grapefruit !! Its full of juice and leaved you feeling completely full and its sweet , if you're craving sweets at night.

well, since genetic modification involves the mutation, insertion, or deletion of genes, you pretty much know what foods are not "natural" like crackers and Canned soups, candy ect.....non GMO should be labeled Non-GMO or USDA Organic.

hi! Food is not a bad thing- You can eat ALOT of food, as long as its the right foods. I can eat up to 5 cups of vegetables at a time, which is a huge portion, but it's all good things going in! Try to cut out everything genetically modified. stick with fruits/vegs/ meat and nuts and you can pretty much eat all you want!

A cheat MEAL is ok, it keep us sane. But, it should not turn into a Cheat DAY! food is good but health is better!

Nothing happens in a week unless you completely deprive yourself of all nutrition ( starvation). It takes 4 weeks to see real change if you're doing it the healthy way. stick with it for a few weeks then report back = )

No one should ever go by BMI. It's not an accurate way to measure yourself! I am 130lbs all muscle and by BMI it says I am Obese! No way jose! You need to take into consideration how much fat/muscle/height ect a person has.

skip the bread if you're trying to loose weight! Your body isn't make to digest it. get a salad and a ton of meat!
