Hello!
My name is Elizabeth and I just recently started this and I am a bit behind on a lot of things. However, I do try to get in as much working out as possible. My biggest problem is whenever someone mentions food, I try to get the right amount of portions, I do. I just get the same amount repeatedly. It's all about self control though and that is going to be a distance. But hey not everything happens over night! My other weaknesses.. Deserts. But SELF CONTROL!

hi! Food is not a bad thing- You can eat ALOT of food, as long as its the right foods. I can eat up to 5 cups of vegetables at a time, which is a huge portion, but it's all good things going in! Try to cut out everything genetically modified. stick with fruits/vegs/ meat and nuts and you can pretty much eat all you want!0

This is a process and it takes time. Make small changes, maybe start by adding more fruit and vege into your diet. You will find over time you fill up on more healthy food and dont need the unhealthy things anymore.
Just keep telling yourself this is a process, it wont happen over night, but it will happen0
