Just checking to see what else I can try. I am looking to see what everybody is eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Needing ideas bored with mine. I do great for breakfast but not so much for lunch.

Most days I'm lazy and eat either a frozen meal (Marie Callender, Boston Market, Amy's, Healthy Choice, etc) or a can of soup/chili. Occasionally I'll have leftovers or fast food for lunch. Feel free to browse my diary.0

Lunch = Black olive hummus with 2 sticks of celery and a banana
Dinner = Thai pork and veg stir fry with maybe noodles0 -
For breakfast I did toast and peanut butter today. Quick and tasty, and should get me through Pilates class okay.
Lunch will be zucchini cakes with tzatziki (both from Costco and seriously yummy) and grape tomatoes. If I'm very hungry I'll stuff it all in a pita.
Dinner: nachos. I cooked up some boneless chicken with black beans and salsa verde in the crock pot the other night, and there are plenty of leftovers. Will toss it on tortilla chips with cheese, salsa, and jalapenos, bake until the cheese melts, then add some sour cream and more salsa. Had a huge plate of this Tuesday night and it came in at about 850 calories. Will probably do a smaller version tonight (Tuesday had a 10-mile run), and add a beer if I have enough calories left for it.0 -
Breakfast was 4 egg white omlette with fresh spinach, fresh chestnut mushrooms, sweet ramiro pepper, tinned whole cherry tomatoes, cracked black pepper and a laughing cow blue cheese triangle broken on it!
Lunch was not very exciting...2 rice cakes with sugar free jam!
Dinner is looking like oatmeal with frozen summer berries, mixed seeds/nuts, sultanas, cinnamon and splash of light maple syrup! (boring eh?)....oh hello...GRAZE box just been delivered... so just had the korai indian chutney with curry bites (70cals) and a piece of the better for you chocolate brownie...yum!0 -
For lunch today, I'm eating Subway. Not the usual for me, I just forgot my lunch when I walked out the door! Usually I'll eat a piece of fruit, can of tuna over a salad, sometimes leftovers. Nothing too snazzy. You could try making wraps though rather than sandwiches! For dinner it's always different. I like making baked tilapia, porkchops, chicken breast, and whatever veggies I have on hand. Usually asparagus, green beans or broccoli. I like making taco salads too, or clean sloppy joes, minus the bun for me though! Hope this gave you a couple ideas. Good luck0

Breakfast is usually smoothie, cereal, oatmeal, and sometimes wraps. Lunches I mostly eat salads. Sometimes I will eat soups, sandwiches or leftovers. Dinner is all over the places. We usually have chicken, fish, shrimp, turkey and sometimes meatless meals. We always have veggies. High fiber and protein pastas and rice. Tonights dinner is going to be tortellini with red sauce and mozzarella cheese.0
