I just made some this past week that turned out to be great :) No baking required!

    1c natural peanut butter
    1.5c chocolate protein powder
    1c oats
    5 tbsp water
honey to taste (I didn't use any)

Just mix all ingredients together, pop in the fridge for 20 minutes and you're ready to go! Tastes like PB chocolate fudge. Makes 12 servings.

I like this one because it's so easy to whip up, doesn't require baking or a lot of ingredients.

    BTW here's the nutritional info:

    220 calories, 12g carbs, 2g fiber, 11g fat, 15.5g protein.

They are a little calorie dense, but they only have 10g net carbs for 15.5g protein. I eat them as a mid-morning snack :)

Ok, here is mine, they are more of a meal replacement bar than just protein

    279 cal, 13 carb, 19 fat, 19 protein, 7 fiber, 3 sugar

    All Natural Almond Butter, 6oz
    Cocoa, Unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Nectresse (sweetener), 3 packets
    Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp
    Chopped Macadamias, 1/2c
    Chopped Almonds, 1/2c
Whey Protein Powder (vanilla cream), 4 scoops
    Chia Seeds, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2c
    Fitness Fiber, 1 tsp

    1) Add all dry ingredients into 1 large bowl (cocoa powder, coconut flour, Nectresse, Cinnamon, Chia Seed, Fiber powder, Protein powder and chopped nuts). Mix thoroughly.

    2) Mix liquid ingredients into a smaller bowl (coconut oil, almond milk, almond butter & Vanilla Extract).

    3) Heat in microwave for 1min 30sec. Remove and stir until everything is blended together and creamy smooth.

    4) Add wet mix into dry mix, blend together until no dry ingredients are left. Mix will be moist but crumbly.

    5) Take a pan (12" x 12") and line with wax paper, foil or plastic wrap.

    6) Dump mixture into pan and smooth out until even. Place in fridge for 20 min to set.

    7) After 20min, remove from pan and cut into 10 bars. Store in fridge in Ziploc (with paper, plastic, something between). until ready to eat. If you have a vacuum sealer, you could seal them up this way as well. Or if you can find some of the Press & Seal Saran Wrap to do the same thing.

TIP: I have tried replacing the Coco flour w/ flaxmeal & almond flour. Also added sunflower seeds. DO NOT MIX SUNFLOWER SEEDS & FLAXSEED.... you won't like your system's response to that much fiber/oily stuff

    Simple but effective.

    2 tbsp natural PB
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 scoop protein powder
    1/4 cup oatmeal

Roll that into a ball and freeze.

What is the nutritional info of one ball?

I make all the Jamie Eason protein bars as well - the pumpkin and chocolate are my favorites. The trick is to NOT overmix or the result will be a little tough.
