Some highlights from this week. Molasses cookies, steak chili, roasted carrots and roasted delicata squash. I love the fall!

Chipotle and adobo, poblano chicken thighs slow cooked for tacos and chili about to simmer for a few hours

Made some chocolate chip pecan blondies

Made some chicken lettuce wraps and some of my newly found favorite snack/sides: jalapeño and garlic stuffed olives and alexia Sweet potato tots!

Steak salad, chicken salad, salad pizza, homemade brioche, and just some lobster bake

We have a Nespresso machine. Just a regular nespresso coffee with one splenda and then I add half and half. It naturally has that foam on top and when you put the half & half in it makes the layers :) Sooooo good

Beanless beef chili with stew meat Beef barley soup Greek yogurt “bagels” that have been all over the internet. Nice and quick recipe. I’ve made real bagels many times before but these are nice for in between those times. No boiling required!

Slow cooked and broiled baby back ribs Meatballs with tomato sauce and roasted asparagus

Yes! It’s pretty much just cheesesteak guts inside. Microwave the mushrooms for a couple minutes to soften. You cook the steak, onion and peppers in a pan and then put inside the mushrooms and top with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted. This was the skinnytaste recipe but I swapped out the low fat items for full fat.…

Cheat breakfast since OJ and bagels are high in calories but I needed it lol turkey egg and cheese on an everything bagel Dinner last night was beef and butternut squash chili. It was more like soup but still yummy.

Chocolate snickerdoodles. Provolone burgers on rye with onion sauce and coleslaw with orange honey mustard dressing. Caesar salad with rotisserie chicken, radicchio, roasted Brussels sprouts and grape tomatoes
