The photo might be bad but this was incredible. My late night snack last night (I still needed more calories). Courgette tofu rolls with spinach and thai curry and garlic spices, baked in coconut oil. +/- 140 calories

Rice cake sammies with soft boiled eggs and pickles for breakfast.
Smoked chicken breast with veggies for lunch.
Coconut shrimp with sauted veggies for dinner.

Chili verde with pork, tomatillos and green chilis. Cucumber salad with poppy seed and habanero. Fresh pineapple cream pie with a bit overdone meringue hehe. Fresh blueberry cheesecake pie. Grilled chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts and red potatoes with herb sauce. BBQ!0

@vegmebuff Haven't tried the cricket protein bar yet, as I was too full after the smoothie. 10 g protein, 275 calories. Bought more for the novelty than the nutrient profile :P1 -

Here are a couple things I have made lately...
Hickory Smoke Grilled Salmon With Citrus Shingles
Veggie Flatbreads on Flatout flatbreads - 150 calories each
Seafood Pho using Shiritaki Noodles, Krab and Shrimp 300 Calories per HUGE bowl
So far the Pho has been my absolute favorite thing i've made since starting this lower cal journey.
