and what was your verdict of the cricket protein? How much protein do you get in one of those cricket cookies?
@vegmebuff Haven't tried the cricket protein bar yet, as I was too full after the smoothie. 10 g protein, 275 calories. Bought more for the novelty than the nutrient profile :P1 -

My go-to meal is egg whites on toast, or in a wrap, with a zillion variations of toppings. This is spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.

Sooo crazyravr can I please hire you as my personal chef? Your meals look amazing and make my boring turkey on wheat, grilled chicken salads and pork skins look rather drab.1

What a neat topic! Do you ever include nutritional content?
I blog my meal pictures here http://aldousmom.tumblr.com/ they come straight from my phone as I have them, so they're not on a pic hosting site.
This is a recent and favorite dinner: tempeh with vegetables (green beans and broccoli) in spicy peanut sauce, over rice noodles. A little higher in fat than my usual meal, but I use this kind of meal during a hard training week b/c I need the calories. Still no added fat to it, though.
