Not plated for prettiness but it's amazing it made it to the plate at all.

Spinach salad with halved zima tomatoes, 2 halved and sliced persian cucumbers, homemade roasted golden and red beets, and 18 year balsamic vinegar. Homemade whole milk poached salmon (with garlic, thyme, dill, fennel seed). Side of roasted cauliflower and roasted kabocha squash.

And pellegrino with a little green kombucha. I earned this today. :)

my kind of thing! Yummo...I am sure you enjoyed

So, so much, you have no idea. :)

It really is a miracle it made it onto the plate. Still don’t know how..

Dont knock it until you try it. If you make it and then still thing its weird or gross, we can talk :)

I eat something similar every day. It’s pretty much chicken noodle soup (carrots, celery, onions, noodles, and chicken) but I reduce my stock so when it’s cold it gels up quite firm, and I eat it cold. The egg in yours seems weird to me, but I like eggs, so I think I might try it next time!

We have a Nespresso machine. Just a regular nespresso coffee with one splenda and then I add half and half. It naturally has that foam on top and when you put the half & half in it makes the layers :) Sooooo good

Big storm today on the USA East Coast = need something tasty, warm as dinner for the commuting members of the family.

Result: roast skewer chicken breast with assorted vegetables curry over brown rice.

Picture 1: roasted chicken added to the curry stew for finishing.

    Picture 2: serving.

This won't get a plating award...but corned beef, carrots, potato (sweet & white) and Kale. Instant pot, less than 2 hours total time. Enough for meals (hash, etc.) throughout week.

    @vegmebuff

Yes! You know about this place? :)

One of my friends who also lives there, was telling me about this place that was selling all this limited menu for the New Year - and she went on and on about their croissants - one with a red bean filling, etc., so I thought of it when you posted...looks super yum! One more reason to go for a visit...

Yes, there are so many amazing places to eat here in Vancouver :) I'd be happy to give you some recommendations when you come to visit!

Just realized my pictures are failing to upload from the phone.

My phone is also failing to synchronize with my computer, so I guess it's the phone at fault.

Long way around - upload from phone to Dropbox, download to computer, upload to MFP!!
