Thank you to daylight savings time, I can now take picture of food that actually looks like food.

Tonight's dinner: grilled black cod in the style of Nobu (miso and sake marinade) and grilled bok choy with miso butter over slightly wilted bok choy leaves dressed in olive oil and lemon juice.

    Light and delicious!

    Couple of meals from today:
Bagel with low fat garlic and herb soft cheese & celery; maize crisps; strawberries

Massive salad for dinner: wild mushroom cous cous, kidney beans, spinach, pepper, spring onion, pumpkin seeds & lemon dressing, with a side of carrots & cauliflower (wouldn't all fit in one bowl!)

It looks good, but I must be used to huge portions because it looks like a very sad amount of food.

That's a huge piece of salmon, so not really a "sad" amount.

The potatoes and beans look skimpy though!

That coupled with the salad was enough for me. I just can't eat a lot in one sitting anymore.

Celebrating "Pi Day" with a lime custard pie with cardamom-graham crust, topped with candied mango....okay, it's a no-bake tofu pie, not custard, but my sampling of the filling says that matters not. 8 mile hike planned for tomorrow too! nguv1gd6lw8w.jpg
