Beanless beef chili with stew meat
Beef barley soup
Greek yogurt “bagels” that have been all over the internet. Nice and quick recipe. I’ve made real bagels many times before but these are nice for in between those times. No boiling required!

Saturday lunch: Gordon Ramsay's 5-Ingredient Broccoli Soup (broccoli, water, salt, pepper, cheese). Garnished (here) with on-hand EVOO and chives. Chef uses fancy goat cheese, I used some leftover shredded cheddar from a salsa chicken dish I made earlier in the week. 10 minutes from start to eat. Recipe is on the internet and youtube.
The cheese was deposited in the bottom of the bowl, and stirred when melted to give a creamy texture. Optional.
This was excellent, clean, plain. My old phone cam doesn't give the green color justice. A little cayenne might give it a boost, but this is like a blank palette - make it what you want. Or as is.

Meal prep for the week. Lentils, mushroom-spinach saute, walnut 'parmesan', and lentil-based sloppy joe filling. I made barley as well but it was still soaking when this photo was taken.
