I made a pot of pink beans yesterday, so I heated up some of those with some chopped turkey, spinach, asparagus, brussel sprouts, carrots, cherry tomatoes, raisins and grated pecorino cheese.

Breaky was lite vanilla youghut with mixed berries and mixed nuts/seeds. Nomnom!!
Lunch was stuffed roasted capsicum (with spinach, brocolli, spring onions, mushroom and an egg), lettuce and homemade tzatziki !!

750 Cal dinner: scallops and spinach sauteed w fresh sage, cream mashed red potatoes, fresh baby lettuce coated in ive oil blue cheese balsamic vinagrette, rich Paso Robles Rhone.0 -
Salmon en papillote (in paper). Took me about 5 minutes to put together and 4 minutes to cook in the microwave. Broccoli and sweet potatoes to pair the fish with. Also made a blue cheese dressing from greek yogurt and well, blue cheese, to dip the broccoli in!
