1. Steak on the BBQ. 2. Dinner out and had some Mexican food and margaritas. 3. Made some homemade donut holes. 4. Grilled chicken with Peri peri sauce, wild rice with leeks, spinach and Parmesan, grilled kielbasa. 5. My moms famous 151 rum cake on Easter. 6. Steak quesadilla with chimichurri, poblano and tomatoes.

i made oatmeal banana raisin bites with some online recipe, super easy but i didn't follow the part where i had to put the mix separately on the pan like cookies.... so i ended up unevenly cutting it all up into pieces.
anyways i made them by using 80g rolled oats, 220g banana, 25g raisins, and a dash of cinnamon.
mix it all up into a bowl and place onto a greased pan, then put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.2 -

started my day with avocado toast topped with turkey bacon and over easy eggs. ended it with mini ice cream sandwiches with halo top3 -

Dominican Food Tonight! Arroz Con gandulez with black beans chicken with peppers & onions.. Tostones
I made my first arroz con gandules this week. Picture enclosed. Went to the BVIs last month on vacation, been attempting various dishes from there since. Didn't have the ham flavoring for the rice, made my own sofrito, and didn't have annatto, so used combo of turmeric and saffron. Chicken is coconut-lime-basil, baked. Slaw is red cabbage-carrot with a yogurt-based dressing.

Red, Orange and yellow peppers with onions and organic garlic. Chopped green olives and chopped cucumber. Feta cheese on top. It was really good

Hash of crimini and shitaki mushrooms with onion, with 2 ounces of smoked ham, topped with a fried egg. Campari tomatoes on the side. About 320 calories total.

This was my dinner. Simple %100 whole grain pasta, shrimp with a bit of olive oil, garlic, and all mixed with avocado.2 -
This has been my lunch 5 days a week for the past month and a half. I call it protein slop. It's just canned chicken that's been drained and a cup of cottage cheese, which comes out to 60g of protein and 329 calories.3 -
