Another serving of the egg bake. Love to meal prep and then dont have to worry about what to eat.
The egg bake... how do you make that? Just a general idea is fine. I'm trying to do meal prepping for my work days and am looking for options. Breakfast gets boring with yogurt and oatmeal! But that egg bake looks awesome.
Easy. Think about it as scrambled eggs or an emellette but multiply everything by number of serving you want to get out of it. Mix everything, eggs, milk, meat, veggies in a bowl, pour into a baking dish and bake at 350F for 30 min or until set. Cool and divide.
Thank you! I really appreciate the response. Will plan on trying this for my next set of meal plans.0 -
What a great thread! Tonight's dinner thanks to some grill friendly weather! Grilled lemon/garlic chicken & Brussels sprouts with a kamut/spinach/tomato pilaf

Drunken Pretzel burger from Rok Burger. One of the best! Yum!!! Pretzel bun, Vermont cheddar cheese, house made beer mustard and topped with onion rings.

i made oatmeal banana raisin bites with some online recipe, super easy but i didn't follow the part where i had to put the mix separately on the pan like cookies.... so i ended up unevenly cutting it all up into pieces.
anyways i made them by using 80g rolled oats, 220g banana, 25g raisins, and a dash of cinnamon.
mix it all up into a bowl and place onto a greased pan, then put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.2
