My take on Cobb salad: romaine, egg, apple, goat cheese, grilled chicken, roasted butternut squash, and a sprinkle of bacon with pomegranate balsamic dressing.2 -

That was lunch today.
Tuna salad w/cottage cheese(extra protein) and a side of ranch.2 -

Curry with pasta made out of lentils! 11g of protein. Was so good. Used up what was left in my fridge and also repurposed a stew.

Ooh so many lovely looking meals here! Thought I'd share two of my recent ones
Breakfast, lunch, and snack from three days ago! B: overnight oats with chocolate almond milk, almond butter, and banana coins; L: couscous salad, homemade sundried tomato and kale falafel, and chopped chicken-free strips; S: heirloom grape tomatoes, almonds, and fruit leather.
And then dinner two nights ago was my first time making onigiri! From left to right, filled with: edamame and carrot, chopped kalamata olives, miso paste and green onion. Sprinkled with sesame seeds and the leftover bits of carrot and green onion. Overall turned out really great and I'm definitely planning to make these again!

I think some of these posts must be from the body-building side of the MFP crowd not the weight-loss side.
This was a finger-food lunch adding up to 490 calories.
and a breakfast clocking in at 450 calories. I've since substituted 2 oz smoked salmon for the bacon, which drops the total to about 250 calories. Alternatively, substituting 3 Trader Joe's chicken breakfast sausages for the bacon totals around 310 calories. The green melon is Galia melon rather than honeydew.
I need to pay attention to background. The mystery object in the upper right on the breakfast shot is a heel cup-extra padding for shoes.3 -

Big salad
Lamb chops
Chicken, butternut squash and Brussels sprouts

My go-to lunch of "avocado tuna salad" - just tuna, mashed up avocado, diced tomato, green onion, cucumber and cilantro. Mix it all up with a bit of salt and lemon juice and slap it on some bread, easy peasy!
California hand rolls - Not as difficult to wrap as they look, and only about 100 calories each. Great snack.
Some delicious (vegetarian) asparagus mushroom tacos, topped with diced onion and avocado-cilantro sauce (avocado, lime juice, jalapeno, and cilantro in a food processor). Lately I've been wrapping them up and throwing them in my george foreman grill for a few minutes to make sure they're crispy.
