  • I've so far put my activity level as sedentary, but I'm thinking I'm going to change it to low, as the walking is going to and from work 4 days a week, and then I'm going to the gym every other day (for an hour at a time). Right now I'm on 1,200 calories a day.

  • I reckon it's going to be quorn chicken pieces, mushrooms and peppers with paprika and spices thrown all over.
  • Without fail during the week I have a poached egg on wholemeal toast with a slice of either chicken or turkey breast.
  • Meh, I'm a natural blonde (and a fairly light blonde!) and dye my hair to 'darkest brown'. Everyone says how much it suits me, and that they now can't imagine me with blonde hair. I think it's a good way to give yourself a new look, and a bit more self confidence.
