I LOVE my: * Polar FT7 HRM * a good sports bra is a must * weighted handles jump rope * the Road~cheapest thing I've found :) * Nike GPS+ on iPhone * my iPhone!!!!! ~it's got my tunes, my running mate (Nike GPS+), and MFP if course!!

I make these but add dried fruit and ground flax seed. Also I roll the finished product in wheat germ to help firm up the outside. My boys love them!!!! Of course you would have to adjust the calories :) soooooo yummy!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet :) Braggs has a sauce that is almost like soy sauce but without any added sodium!! Tastes awesome!! Organic too!
