when you say 6 "scoops" of protein powder, do you mean 6 TBSP's or 6 full size plastic scoopfuls? My scoop holds about 50 grams...that just seems like a lot. Anyone? I'm in the middle of making them! LOL!0

Thanks for posting! I'm going to make them too.0

I have had several diff protein powders and scoops. All except one held a serving which I think is about 20g so unless someone else says otherwise go with that
That makes sense cos the bars have 15g protein in. 1 scoop ,(20g) is about 20g protein
So 6 scoops in the recipe making 10 bars means just over half a scoop per bar ie about 12 g then there will be protein in the other things to make it 15g0 -
love no bakes!! thanks for posting0

Any suggestions as to whether swapping some peanut butter for mashed banana would work ( to lower the cal) and if so how much?0

I love peanut butter SO much! Can't wait to make these! Thanks for the recipe.0

should work fine with mashed banana instead of PB. I would use 2 good sized bananas which is about 250 cals. This would reduce total cals by 650 (for my pb). Increased carbs and decreased fat.
I just made some with choc/vanilla casein protein. Took 1.5 cups of water to get moist enough I think. In the freezer now0 -
Thanks chris, was thinking of doing half peanut butter half banana0
