I used to do work outs with her when she had a show on tv in the morning...(I was 14 and now I have a 14 yr old...bleh). I loved her then, maybe I will buy a few of her DVDs and bring back childhood memories. Thanks for the info! :)

Isn't it more important what MAKES UP those 1200 calories? 1200 calories of McDonalds is not the same to your body as 1200 calories of vegetables/fruits, lean meat etc.

I was kind of wondering the same thing. I seem to avoid fruit as to not go over on carbs because I love snacks, pasta etc...I was thinking that this can't really be the healthy way to do it. I'm pretty sure if I don't have the things I love, I will give up or binge on them.

I lost 40 lbs from the time I bought my wedding dress till my wedding. It cost an extra 200 dollars for alterations but it was worth it!

I haven't had to put it in my diary YET, but the day will come...PASTA, PASTA, PASTA I can eat literally 2 lbs of pasta...or more.

Mine is open and at 1200ish. As of now I don't exercise that much, so the food is pretty much at goal (besides a few days.)

Just wondering how that comes out to 35 cal? When I plug it in the recipe builder, you have to make like 67 for it to be 35 cal. The peanut butter is very high in calories.
