I think it helps to keep the pounds off.I go to the gym and do 1/2 hr of walking the track, then hit the weights for about 1/2 hr..and all of this with a 1000 calorie..walk walk walk..

I too have stalled now and then, you just have to work throuht it. Stay with the exercise you have started for yourself, it will start to come off again..........I was at 255 lbs now at 200lbs, and have gone though what you are going though now, good luck , John.......

Hi , good luck. This site realy does work.I have gone from 255now down to 207 and still dropping. would like to get to 180 by summer............:smile:

watch you sodium, its in a lot of food..read the lables..just keep up the good work, and drink lots of water.......

It is how good you feel..I never eat all calories, now working out in the morning swiming , track, and weights. If I eat all the extra calories I think I would not lose any, again it is how you feel...............

take it slow and follow the deit it gives you. Go for walks (long) I am working on my @nd 20lbs at 17 now ..Started at 255 now 213 Like to see the other side of 200..........Good luck.....

We don't go out much any more, goal weight 200lbs by march 26th.. when we do go out it is just a salad for me till I get home then a turkey burger or something I have made in the freezer..:smile:

I know ,, that what is going on with me. except I will now anthing healthy, does not matter if it is here I will eat it at night, than stick to my guns durning the day!!
