I workout during lunch in the gym at work, and I don't mind people being naked and changing but it is awkward to have to look them in the face and work with them after!

So my weight has gone up! I feel great so I'm not upset about it and I have progressed in my weights so I'm excited about that! I can see muscles! Congrats to everyone meeting their goals!

I'm 5'1 and my goal is 120 lbs. The lowest I've been is 114, but after 2 kids I don't think this is realistic for me anymore. I am also working on lifting weights so I know that can add to the number on the scale, but as long as I reach a place I'm comfotable and look good in I'll be happy.

I love this challenge! I found myself nodding off at work yesterday so I ended up falling asleep around 7:30 instead of the usual 10 or so. Hopefully I can make it an early night again. (Keep in mind I do get up at 5 in the morning.)

I think once a week is best and in the morning. Make it the same day each week too, like every Thursday etc.

Love the fish! Well, last night a friend and I went to the gym a little later then I would have liked and it was packed. Guys everywhere! When we asked to use the weights next or if they were almost done they just said no. I can only occupy myself with other exercises for so long, not a half hour while your still doing the…

I like going by myself. I don't have to talk to anyone, and can have my music as loud as I want it. I also got tired of people bailing and trying to keep them motivated.

I just tried the fiber one chocolate cereal and really liked it, and only 80 calories a serving! I was eating it with milk and dry as a snack when I wanted something sweet.

I workout on my lunch so I have to go back to work after, so I bring.... Makeup bag filled with deodorant, hair brush, concealer, eyliner, lipgloss, misc Extra clothes ipod with arm band My gym supplies towels, lotions and blow dryers so I don't have to bring my own.
