I weighed 117 when I graduated almost ten years ago. Today I'm 130, but my goal is 120.

I also loosely follow stronglifts 5x5, and I don't do protein shakes but eat protein bars instead sometimes.

Hi, I have 2 kids and also lift weights. It has helped tighten and firm everything up, even though I have only lost around 10 lbs. I'll send you a FR. Anyone else feel free to add me also.

I never get hit on! I guess I'm not approachable. I'm married but it would still be a nice boost to my ego.

I leave my phone in the car and have an armband for my ipod. On the other arm I have another band with a zipper that I put my key in. My key is pretty big and putting it in my sports bra didn't work because I was too sweaty.

I have a 7 and a 4 year old, and also do the stronglifts 5x5. I work so I go to the gym on my lunch, if not for that I don't know if I would be able to go to the gym. Between school work, dinner, etc. I love working out but find it hard to keep my diet in check. Still working on that.

Since I got my fitbit for Christmas I've realized that I dont walk enough during the week so I'm trying to make the effort to get up and walk around when I can remember. Today I've taken the stairs a few times to my 4th floor office.

I use bobby pins to pin back the front. The back of my hair is really short and will always be dripping with sweat no matter what I do but it's so much easier to wash and blow dry real quick after my workout.
