When to eat a protein bar?
Does it matter when you eat a protein bar? Can I eat one for breakfast and still reap the benefits or should I wait until after my workout to eat one? Do they really help with muscle recovery? Thanks :)

Protein shake?
Do you think it's necessary to have a protein shake after lifting? Do any of you ladies have one? My husband drinks them and tells me that I should too but they taste like a milk shake and I hate to drink the extra calories just because he thinks I should.

Back pain and exercise
My lower back has been hurting since I painted my kids rooms last weekend and I thought it was getting better. I went jogging yesterday and now it hurts even more.
