I'm Paleo/Primal, so all of my meals are completely grain-free, legume-free (including soy), and don't have any processed foods in them. All of the meals pictured here happen to also be dairy-free. I love to cook!

Lunch at work:
Bulla sent me some sample coupons for their new flavoured creams... I made scones to go with them. The chocolate cream was disappointing. The vanilla cream was yum.
Roast chicken:
This week's batch of muffins for the boys:
Pork, caesar salad, asparagus and boiled potatoes.

Lunch at work looks delicious, Deevaa!
Dinner was a first time meal for me, with lots of guesswork, but it turned out great.
Sweet hot mustard chicken thighs with roasted onions, couscous salad with beer mustard vinaigrette and a piece of roasted squash - mystery variety that showed up in my CSA, but delicious.
