My goals are 150mi/week and 10,000ft climbing/week. So far for August, 13 rides over 17 days, 532 mi and 27,000 ft. Longest ride this month = 106 mi, biggest climbing day = 6,400 ft

2/17 - 59 mi - 5,000 feet 2/18 - 34 mi - 2,500 feet 2/19 - 17 mi - 600 feet - fast spin - 90 rpm avg

My weekly goal is already is riding 5+ days/week and 150 miles/week (road bike). I'm training for three big rides between mid-April and early June, so need to step up to 200 miles/week AND 10,000+ feet climbing/week. Hopefully weight loss will incease too, that will make the hill climbing easier!

Another thought on those two would be to do a certain number in a day - say 100. It could be be 4 sets of 25, or 20 sets of 5 ....

Most of them sound great. The only thing I saw was these two - VERY tough if you haven't done these much. I'd suggest maybe 1) reduce the number of sets (4 each?) and/or 2) change '25/15' to something like 75%(?) of 'exhaustion' amount (max amount you can do in one set). For example, if most push-ups I can do without…

I was about 150 lbs (5'11") in high school - about 250 now. Hope to split the difference at around 195-200.
