Redlands, CA looking for a workout partner

As I get near the half-century mark, I want to make sure I am healthy enough to enjoy it. I am setting for myself the goal of getting fit to the standards that I would have to meet if I were still in the Army:
25 push-ups
30 sit-ups
19:30 2-mile run
197 lbs.

I walk/run in Redlands and workout at the Redlands YMCA - looking for a partner(s) to train with.
