So, I'm not a medical person or anything, but, I did use to drink that much about 2 years ago. I was a full time college student and didn't have time to deal with the side effects. I made a conscious effort, and kept tally marks. I cut back one cup of coffee every 2 days. And i just kept at it until I was at normal levels.…

My crunchwrap supreme! I love those things! I've been on mfp for over a month, but just logged one of those and about had a heart attack. I knew it was going to be bad, but not THAT bad!

I used to eat easymac all the time, but got sick of it as well. I like mixing a bowl of that minute rice, a precooked veggie, and a boiled/cut up hot dog in a bowl, and tossing carrot sticks in my lunch bag as well. It seems to keep me pretty full, and I end up snacking on the carrot sticks while the k4s sleep.

Technically there aren't any foods I don't eat. I've substituted different foods for the high calorie/low fiber foods (I eat a whole grain bread instead of white, and I try to keep skinny cows instead of true chocolate bars), but I prefer everything in moderation to exclusion.

Haha! I so agree with you!!!! I do wii fit a few times a week, and the island cycling one is my favorite! Plus, buy doing that, I've lost almost 5 pounds in 2ish weeks. :)

I actually plan out my meals on friday (just dinner), and then write it on the board so i know what i'm cooking. I buy veggies and make myself wraps or sandwiches for lunch (and by that i mean, about a 1/2 cup of lettuce or spinach, some kind of veggie, usually squash or eggplant, and either an egg or pre-portioned 3…

I am new to clean eating. Definitely trying to move that way, but I cook for 5 other people, and we are all on a tight budget. I'm hoping to be able to slowly get all of us onto clean eating.

Mine varies, because I plan a menu every weekend for the next week, but the most common things I buy are: Lean ground turkey (I pass it off as ground beef, my family hasn't noticed yet) Eggs Chicken Sweet Potatoes Apples (golden delicious-cut them in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and pop them in the oven. Amazing!) Romaine…

I never thought of it that way! That incident it was a snide remark, but it definitely gave me a new perspective!

As far as bras go, I can help! Either Aerie, a Hanes store, or Victoria's Secret can provide you with bra fittings-then you'll be completely sure what bra size you wear. It makes it easier to shop when you know what you're looking for.

I totally agree! Just because you're trying to be healthy doesn't mean you can never eat out, or have sweets. But in moderation, everything can be enjoyed every once in a while.

8 Layer Casserole (Ground turkey, cheese, spinach, whole grain pasta, and some other stuff), salad, and a veggie.

Try buying those skinny cow candy bars. At 110 calories, they're amazing. And...you can buy just one, so you have an "emergency stash" that is small. They sell them in boxes, too If I have a small stash, I make it last longer, because I know that I have one candy bar. Then, it seems like more of a treat. :)

You can buy spreadable butter in a tub, just like margarine. It's a little more expensive, but worth it!

Feel free to add me! I could use some support friends, too

I'd love some accountability/support!
