i did increase to 1500 but that way i dont lose anything.

doing a bit but not managing everyday. i do my lateral thigh trainer dvd. and gym sometimes, treadmill, corss trainer and bike.

thank you..i know that high carb but low cal diet doesnt work for me. i need to lower carbs to be able to loose weight. maybe when i get to mantance it will be differnet.

some sour cream and ginger and soy sause. mix it up with the chicken and bake 20 mins. great strong flavours and delicous.

I know I need to work out. but really shattered after a 12 hr or more day at work. two babies under the age of 3. breastfeeding morning and night. house to sort...meals to prepare...i get on my stepper, but really want to feel that motivation to exercise... this week could be due to time of the month soon ...?
