  • Hubby is home today so that always makes things "special" LOL! We have a different routine when he's home but it is still a good time. Lunch is a vegetable meatball(turkey) soup & supper is stroganoff. I'm going to make cauli-rice for me. I found it is yummy & WAY lower in carbs than brown rice.

  • My mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a year ago this month. She is still with us & the chemo is keeping her tumor stable. She does chemo every three weeks & that week is a down week but the other two she is still quilting & LIVING! God has answered our prayers for more time with her(she's only 63)
